Today, we conducted a dynamic in-person training workshop for our leasing team, emphasizing the importance of fostering unity among all team members. In line with Sage’s commitment to excellence, each property in our portfolio boasts a dedicated leasing team, and our overarching goal is to cultivate a cohesive environment that promotes collaboration.
The workshop took place at our exceptional property, The Mark at Brickyard in Beltsville, MD, and was skillfully facilitated by Moshe Crane, our Director of Leasing and Marketing. This session provided a valuable platform for team members to connect, share insights, engage in learning, and enjoy each other’s company.
Post-workshop, the team reconvened for a leisurely lunch, setting the stage for an afternoon of team-building at an escape room. Teams were strategically organized across different rooms, with two teams emerging triumphant by successfully navigating the escape room challenges.
Reflecting on the day, the workshop proved immensely successful. Team members actively participated in open and honest conversations, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration. Meaningful connections were forged, and amidst the enjoyment of the activities, the collective spirit of our leasing team was fortified. Together, we not only had a fantastic time but also took significant strides in our journey toward improvement and unity.
